Former Tennessee Vols DB Wesley Walker lands with new program after re-entering NCAA transfer portal
Sam Upshaw Jr./Courier Journal / USA TODAY NETWORK

Former Tennessee Vols defensive back Wesley Walker has a new home....again.

Walker, who transferred to Louisville earlier this offseason, re-entered the transfer portal after going through spring practice with the Cardinals.

According to On3, Walker has committed to Michigan.

Walker, who spent two seasons at Tennessee (2022 and 2023), started his college football at Georgia Tech before landing with the Vols.

Walker totaled 89 tackles, two sacks and nine tackles for loss during his two seasons with the Volunteers.

Former Vols defensive lineman Tyler Baron, who is Walker's stepbrother, is also currently in the NCAA transfer portal. Baron and Walker transferred to Louisville together, but it's unclear if Baron plans to follow Walker to Michigan.
